The solar cell under the dial of the BERING wristwatch converts not only sunlight, but any kind of light into electrical energy, which is stored in a rechargeable secondary battery. There is no need to change batteries, as is usually the case with quartz watches. The watches in the SOLAR COLLECTION have a power reserve so that they can run for 6 to 12 months once fully charged – even if they are kept completely in the dark during this time.
